Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime implementations for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms. You will own end-to-end deployments from discovery to production, build data integrations, and optimize AML detection workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in fintech or regtech, strong API/SQL/ETL skills, and programming experience (Python/JS/TS). Fully remote with national reach; competitive salary and equity available.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, Postman for testing, and SQL for data access.
• Experience with relational databases and ETL pipelines to build data integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations, including data mapping and validation.
• Excellent communication with compliance and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from initial discovery through go-live, managing plans, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts; handle schema mapping and backfills.
• Configure and optimize fraud and AML programs, including CRR models and detection rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, CRR, and other compliance processes.
• Test and troubleshoot data quality and integration issues in production.
• Train customers and enable teams to operate the platform independently.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
• Develop reusable playbooks and scalable implementation methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed back customer insights.
