Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer based in the United States to drive AI-powered financial crime solutions from discovery to production.

You will design data integrations, configure fraud/AML programs, and tune AI agents to support investigation workflows for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms, while managing multiple implementations remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, ETL, and at least one programming language.
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and validation.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into detection rules and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based workflows and AI agents.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including CRR models and detection rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and production-ready AI agents.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, and related processes.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure production reliability.
• Train customers and enable success teams, while managing multiple projects.
