Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer based in the United States. You will lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, building real-time and batch data integrations, and configuring fraud/AML detection rules.

You will design AI-driven investigation workflows and support regulatory processes like SARs and CTRs. You will validate data quality, troubleshoot issues, and train customer teams to operate independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language (Python/JS/TS).
• Ability to design and troubleshoot end-to-end data integrations and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from initial discussions through go-live with stakeholders.
• Design customer-specific data integrations, including schema mapping and backfills.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, detection rules, and risk rating models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Support regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR) and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure reliable production operation.
• Train customers and enable teams to operate independently before transition to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations, adapt to changing needs, and communicate risks early.
• Develop repeatable implementation practices and reusable playbooks.
