Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. You will design data integrations, configure fraud and AML programs, and develop AI-powered investigation workflows.

You will also implement regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR), validate data quality, and train customers to operate the platform independently. Remote work is supported for eligible US states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech/regtech or banking is highly desirable.
• Strong API, data integration, and data quality skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from discussions to go-live.
• Design customer data integrations with real-time APIs and batch data.
• Configure fraud/AML programs and CRR models for risk detection.
