Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live. You will design data integrations, configure fraud/AML detection, and optimize AI agents for investigation workflows in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

You will work with banks, fintechs and crypto platforms, translating complex regulatory requirements into reliable technical solutions, while managing multiple deployments and contributing to product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation/solutions engineering or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong tech with REST APIs, SQL, ETL and at least one language such as Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and validation.
• Excellent communication with compliance and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live and manage plans and timelines.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs including CRR models and screening rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Implement regulatory workflows (SARs/CTRs/CRR) and ensure compliance.
• Test, debug, and maintain production-ready solutions across deployments.
• Train customers to operate the platform independently before success handoff.
• Manage multiple implementations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback and improvements.
