Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime solutions from discovery to production.

Responsibilities include designing data integrations, configuring AML/FR programs, and developing AI-driven investigation workflows for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms. This role requires strong technical and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Ability to design and troubleshoot end-to-end data integrations, including data mapping and historical backfills.
• Familiarity with core banking data and systems (FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry) is a plus.
• Experience translating fraud patterns and regulatory requirements into detection rules.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agent/workflows and evaluating outputs.
• Understanding of fraud detection, AML processes, and regulatory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live, coordinating plans, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including risk rating models and detection rules.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows to support alert and case handling.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, CRR, and related processes.
• Test and troubleshoot data quality, integration issues, and production readiness.
• Train customer teams to operate the platform independently.
• Manage multiple implementations with risk management and recovery planning.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feedback learning and drive improvements.
