Job summary

Jobgether partner company is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer based in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime implementations for banks, fintechs and crypto platforms. You’ll design data integrations, configure AML/fraud rules and manage deployments end-to-end from discovery to production.

The role involves building AI-driven investigation workflows, handling regulatory requirements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in implementation, solutions engineering or related roles for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech/regtech or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong REST API, SQL, ETL and at least one programming language (Python/JS/TS).
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with mapping and validation.
• Strong data analysis to interpret customer data structures and drive changes.
• Familiarity with core banking data providers is a plus (FIS/Fiserv/Jack Henry).
• Ability to translate regulatory and fraud requirements into detection rules and validate against data.
• Hands-on experience with configuring AI/LLM workflows and production readiness.
• Understand fraud detection, AML processes and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live with stakeholders.
• Design customer-specific data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML detection programs and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for case investigations.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, CRR and related processes.
• Test, troubleshoot and ensure production readiness of solutions.
• Train customers and enable self-sufficiency before transition to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently and adapt to changing requirements.
• Develop repeatable implementation practices and reusable playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback and drive improvements.
