Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer for remote work in the United States. You will lead customer implementations, design real-time and batch data integrations, and configure fraud and AML workflows to support regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include AI-powered investigation workflow configuration, data quality validation, and training customers to operate independently before transitioning to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language such as Python, JS, or TS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discussions to go-live, managing plans and timelines.
• Design customer-specific data integrations with real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including detection rules and CRR models.
