Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead customer implementations in the United States. You will design data integrations, configure fraud and AML programs, and develop AI-powered investigation workflows to support regulatory compliance and risk management.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in related roles, strong API and data engineering skills, and experience with core banking systems. This is a fully remote position open to eligible US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discussions through go-live, managing plans, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Design data integrations with real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts including schema mapping.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including detection rules and risk rating models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Implement regulatory workflows involving SARs, CTRs, CRR and other compliance processes.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure production reliability.
