Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime detection deployments for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms.

You will design data integrations, configure AML and fraud detection programs, and develop AI-driven investigation workflows while managing multiple implementations from discovery to production launch. This role offers a fully remote setup with broad eligibility and a strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live, managing plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts with mapping and validation.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including rules, screening, and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for alerts and cases.
• Support regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR) and ensure production readiness.
• Test and troubleshoot data quality and integration issues in production.
