Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist for Cox Fleet. This fully remote/hybrid role involves handling inbound calls, gathering requirements, entering data accurately, and ensuring timely updates to customers.

You will collaborate with dispatch and service providers to maintain efficient fleet operations. The position requires strong customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data accurately and record unit location for service tracking.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls for updates on open events.
• Update customers on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
