Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to join our team. This remote/hybrid role offers competitive hourly pay and a focus on delivering top-tier customer service as part of Cox Automotive.

You’ll handle inbound calls, gather requirements, document locations, and coordinate with service providers. Training and ongoing education support professional growth within a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Preferred degree in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record the unit's location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
