Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to support Cox Fleet. This remote/hybrid role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling calls, gathering requirements, and ensuring accurate billing and timely updates to customers.

You will work closely with dispatch and support teams to keep fleet operations running smoothly, with training shifts and a 24/7/365 support environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data accurately and record unit location during calls.
• Communicate accurate billing information to the service provider.
• Process estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed about event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
