Cox Automotive is hiring a Follow Up Specialist to support Cox Fleet with critical logistics for vehicle maintenance and repair. You will handle inbound calls, capture customer requirements, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate with service providers to keep events on track.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, attention to billing details, and timely updates to customers while supporting a 24/7/365 operations environment. Strong customer service experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• A degree in related discipline or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and document customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data accurately and record unit location and billing details.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatchers when issues arise.
• Manage time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
