Cox Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to support Cox Fleet. You will manage fleet logistics, ensure timely repairs and accurate information flows, and maintain strong customer communication.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound calls, data accuracy, and collaboration with dispatch to meet deadlines in a 24/7/365 environment. Remote work is available for those outside NC nearby radius, with hybrid options for local candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems while handling calls and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and accurately recording the unit’s location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on the event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
