Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Flooring installation experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% for job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on product, installation, and performance.
• Support sales reps with projects and field installations.
• Inspect field projects and prepare inspection reports.
• Train Level 1 & 2 Tech Reps and share knowledge for future issues.
• Coordinate travel and appointments with customers.
