Shaw Industries is seeking a Technical Support Representative for both our commercial and residential flooring businesses. The role requires hands‑on installation experience and strong communication skills. This is a remote opportunity with 60-80% travel to job sites during the week.

The position supports sales with technical product and installation guidance, inspects field projects, and coordinates travel with customers. Must be capable of training junior reps and adapting to schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Extensive understanding of installation processes, methods, tools, and techniques.
• Must be self‑motivated with good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to travel by car and air unassisted.
• Must be adaptable to schedule changes.

Responsabilités

• Industry leading expertise in installation of flooring products and engage customers in various environments.
• Support sales reps with projects providing technical support on product, installation, and performance.
• Coordinate travel scheduling and appointments with customers.
• Inspect field projects, analyze issues, and recommend corrective actions with prompt reporting.
• Train Level 1 & 2 Tech Reps to maintain top talent on the team.
