Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on product, installation, and performance for both commercial and residential flooring.
• Support sales reps with projects and field installations.
• Act as field inspector, analyze issues, propose corrective actions, and document findings.
• Prepare inspection reports, product reviews, and related documents promptly.
• Coordinate travel and appointments with customers and internal teams.
• Train Level 1 & 2 Tech Reps and assist in product knowledge dissemination.
