Cox Automotive is hiring a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist for Cox Fleet. This remote/hybrid role supports fleet operations and customer service with a focus on timely communication and accurate data handling.

You'll manage inbound/outbound calls, record precise location data, and coordinate with service providers to keep repairs on schedule. Eligible for benefits and competitive hourly pay in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or related discipline).

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls promptly.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements on first contact.
• Enter data accurately and log the unit's location.
• Verify billing information with service provider.
• Process estimates promptly.
• Place outbound calls for updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed of event status.
• Coordinate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
