Cox Automotive seeks a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to support Cox Fleet. You will manage fleet logistics, handle calls, collect requirements, and ensure accurate data and billing details, while updating customers on service events and coordinating with dispatchers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in handling inbound/outbound calls and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and accurately recording the unit's location.
• Ensure billing information is communicated accurately to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatchers when issues arise.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
