Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. The role focuses on managing fleet operations logistics, inbound calls, and accurate data entry to ensure timely service for customers.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a 24/7/365 environment. The position is remote or hybrid depending on location, with a pay range of 15.10–22.69 USD per hour and eligibility for additional compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call and record unit location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
