Cox Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to manage fleet logistics, ensure timely vehicle maintenance, and communicate with customers. This remote/hybrid role emphasizes accurate data entry, prompt inbound and outbound calls, and collaboration with dispatchers to keep events on track.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, the ability to multitask, and a HS diploma or GED. Training is provided; schedules include evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and document customer requirements during initial contact.
• Enter data accurately and record unit location in system.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Process estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed of event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatchers when issues arise.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
