Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements during the initial call.
• Record accurate information and location data during calls.
• Communicate billing information clearly to the service provider.
• Process estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed about event status and follow instructions.
• Coordinate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
