Cox Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to support fleet operations. You will manage inbound calls, collect accurate information, and ensure timely updates to customers and service providers, while handling estimates and collaborating with dispatch teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly.
• Gather and record customer requirements on first call.
• Enter data accurately and note unit location.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service provider.
• Process estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls for updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed and follow their instructions.
• Coordinate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
