• Minimum: High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Proactive, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately capture and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record unit location accurately.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
