You’ll manage fleet logistics, handle inbound calls, gather requirements, and ensure accurate data entry and billing communications. The role emphasizes prompt handling of estimates, outbound updates, and collaboration with dispatch to keep events on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record the unit's location accurately.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
