Cox Fleet seeks a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs by assigning the nearest service provider and communicating ETAs to customers.

Work hours vary to provide 24/7/365 coverage, with training and onboarding aligned to a December 7, 2026 start date. This role supports hybrid/remote options for eligible candidates in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years dispatching for breakdown/tire or similar field.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking skills.
• Experience with medium/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Inform the customer of ETA and follow requirements.
• Update supervisor on delays or repair issues.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
