Cox Automotive is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for Cox Fleet to ensure smooth fleet operations. You will coordinate logistics, assign events to the nearest service providers, verify dispatch authorization, and communicate ETAs with customers.

This role supports 24/7/365 operations and requires flexibility in shift coverage. You will troubleshoot events, manage delays, and respond to customer inquiries, contributing to reliable fleet maintenance and exceptional service delivery across all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related dispatching experience (or 5 years with alternate combinations).
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly.
• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign nearest service provider for repairs.
• Advise customers of ETA and follow instructions.
