• A related degree or certification is a plus; 5 years in a similar role may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely repairs.
• Assess and assign open events to the nearest service provider.
• Verify authorization to dispatch and inform customers of ETA.
• Notify supervisor of delays or issues with service providers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise.
