Cox Enterprises is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage fleet logistics, ensuring timely dispatch and repair coordination across service providers. This role supports a 24/7/365 operation, requiring flexible shifts and proactive communication with customers and supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have dispatching experience, multitasking ability, and a customer-service mindset. The position can be remote for some regions and hybrid near our Cherryville, NC area, with full-time commitment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years dispatching experience in breakdown/tire for medium/heavy duty vehicles (or equivalent combos/5 years).
• Strong dispatching and multitasking skills.
• Degree in related discipline or relevant industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.
• Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs.
• Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
