Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and accurately recording the unit's location.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Assist with estimates and timely follow-ups on open events.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates and keep customers informed.
