Knit is a remote-first AI-native research agency seeking a Client Partner for Retail, CPG & Pharma. You will manage 10–20 enterprise accounts, renew, upsell, and expand partnerships across brands and markets, guiding strategic conversations with senior leaders to drive value and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales in the research and insights industry.
• Experience selling into Fortune 500 companies and managing $1M+ Enterprise relationships.
• Proven track record of growth, renewals, and net revenue retention targets.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise accounts in Retail, CPG & Pharma.
• Drive renewals and expansions to grow scope, scale, and value year over year.
• Uncover and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts across divisions.
• Develop and execute account plans identifying whitespace and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Sales Leadership collaboration.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to ensure client value.
• Represent Knit at conferences and industry events to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and documentation.
