Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an operations enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the organization.

You will define and execute strategies for operational readiness, aligning people, processes, and enablement systems with the servicing strategy. You will own cross-functional initiatives, create program roadmaps, and partner with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining a data-driven approach to performance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution, including scaling operations and coaching.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to deliver polished, executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish stakeholder engagement and governance with clear communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Apply process improvement and governance to raise quality, efficiency, and compliance.
