Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring for an Operations Enablement leader who will drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations. You will set the vision for readiness, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with product, engineering, and compliance to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own program roadmaps, manage risks, and build knowledge resources for human and AI agents while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across a remote-first, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience
• Fintech or financial institution experience
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, GDPR)
• Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking certification preferred
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce/Confluence/LMS/AI tools)
• Strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance and ensure alignment with servicing strategy and OKRs
• Define clear program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risks
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering and operations
• Deliver polished, executive-ready status updates
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive resolutions
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and efficiency
• Manage end-to-end change from design to adoption
• Create technical resources for human and AI agents
• Develop and evolve our knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms)
• Translate technical concepts into clear resources for users
• Oversee learning and training strategies with measurement
• Collaborate on experience improvements and expand program scope
