Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the organization.

You will set the vision for operational readiness, coordinate cross-functional programs, and drive measurable outcomes with product, engineering, and vendor partners. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage change end-to-end, and build resources for human and AI agents while continually improving knowledge management and training programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial services with scale and coaching.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA).
• Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking certification.
• Experience building knowledge management and training systems (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with governance and exec-ready updates.
• Identify risks and drive data-driven resolution.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, compliance.
• Manage end-to-end change including adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate concepts into resources.
• Evolve knowledge ecosystem and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals for humans and AI.
• Lead learning and training strategy from onboarding to rollout.
• Collaborate to improve customer and agent experiences.
• Expand scope across adjacent domains as needed.
