Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple Manager roles across the Operations Enablement organization to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will own cross-functional programs, set roadmaps, and partner with product, engineering, and operations to drive measurable business outcomes.

This remote-first environment supports collaboration across the U.S. with a base pay range highlighted for key markets and a focus on regulatory readiness and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institution with scaling operations.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools like Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms or AI-driven knowledge tools.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to deliver executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance: lead cross-functional programs aligned to strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps: develop roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks.
• Partner for Impact: align priorities with senior leaders across product, engineering, operations.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: governance and exec-ready status updates.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: identify risks and drive data-backed solutions.
• Lead Operational Excellence: apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and compliance.
• Own Change End-to-End: manage lifecycle from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build Technical Resources: translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: evolve SOPs, knowledge tools for scale.
• Translate Technical Concepts: plan and create content for human and AI users.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: end-to-end training design and delivery with measurement.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: work with teams to improve customer/agent experience.
• Expand Program Scope: take on more PM responsibilities across domains.
