Job summary

Affirm, a remote‑first company, seeks an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will craft the vision for operational readiness, develop program roadmaps, and ensure readiness for product launches and regulatory changes.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to translate strategy into scalable capabilities, coach teams, and measure outcomes with dashboards and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross‑functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define and execute servicing strategy with clear roadmaps and budgets.
• Drive enterprise‑wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma and data‑driven methods.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals for human and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve knowledge management, SOPs, and learning platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of training programs with measurement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to align priorities.
• Coach augmented staff and contractors to deliver high‑quality content and learning experiences.
