Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success owning renewals, contract negotiations, and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CS metrics like retention, expansion, and forecasting.

• Own a Mid-Market book of business, driving renewals, expansion, and customer retention.
• Build trusted relationships with scientific, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
