WorkWave seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive long-term value, adoption, and retention across key accounts. You will collaborate with an Account Manager and Renewal Manager to own strategy, ROI realization, and cross-functional alignment.

You will lead Executive Business Reviews, track KPI outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities while working with Planhat and AI-enabled workflows. Travel to client sites as needed in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ERP or similar enterprise software experience.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise or mid-market portfolios in B2B SaaS.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite exposure.

Responsabilités

• Drive long-term customer value, product adoption, portfolio retention, and growth.
• Lead strategic account planning and executive business reviews.
• Monitor account health and mitigate renewal risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and relay CS leads to sales for upsell.
• Collaborate with AMs and RMs on account plans and renewals.
• Incorporate Planhat and AI workflows into daily routines.
