Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic contracts.

You will guide delivery teams, manage risk, and grow programs across government projects from the east coast, requiring travel to Richmond, VA and nearby stations as needed. Ideal candidates have 10+ years overseeing large government-facing programs, expertise in agile frameworks, and a commitment to sustainable business practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale (50+ staff).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with milestones, dependencies and risk.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve them.
• Grow program opportunities with CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate across projects to address problems in delivery and define delivery environments built on trust.
• Scale delivery through a team of project managers and other leads; manage contracts and finances within portfolio.
