Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts. You’ll oversee relationships, staffing, contract management, and growth, ensuring delivery excellence across complex programs.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years delivering large projects, experience with government contracting, and a collaborative, service-oriented leadership style. This remote-first role supports a national footprint with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale delivery of government-facing software
• Experience with state government contracts and audit trails
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and multi-project portfolios
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies and integrations with risk management

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement for strategic contracts
• Cultivate trusted relationships with government partners at the agency level
• Identify and mitigate risks across delivery, process, and staffing
• Engage clients regularly to align on vision and track progress
• Coordinate contract milestones, budgets and subcontractor negotiations
• Scale delivery through a team of PMs and delivery leads
• Uphold delivery standards and Nava policies at program level
• Support company objectives and key results through program leadership
