Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts. You will oversee multiple projects, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain strong relationships with government partners.

The role requires east coast hours, travel to Richmond, VA, and deep experience with agile frameworks and large-scale programs. Nava offers a remote-friendly, benefits-rich environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and be able to travel to Richmond, VA by direct flight, short connection or train/car.
• Experience with state government agencies, strong understanding of government contracting, audit trails.
• Experience leading large agile development teams and managing projects at scale.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence and agile practices (CI/CD).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery team and stakeholders.
• Grow the program with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to solve problems in delivery.
• Support creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Manage contracts and finances for your portfolio with the finance team.
