Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on a group of strategic government contracts. You’ll oversee trust with partners, staffing, contract management, and financial performance while guiding agile delivery across multiple projects.

You will build strong relationships with government partners, detect risks early, and scale delivery through a team of project managers. A track record in large-scale public sector programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government-focused delivery and client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with milestones, dependencies and risk.
• Experience with agile frameworks and continuous delivery practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government partners.
