Job summary

Nava is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic contracts. You will oversee multi-year programs, align delivery with client needs, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams of PMs and delivery leads.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management within government contracting or public sector tech, strong agile experience, and a proven track record of large-scale delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years directing delivery and client relationships in large projects
• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs
• Experience with state government agencies and government contracting
• Leadership of agile teams of 50+ staff and growing
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Detect risks and resolve them with the delivery team and stakeholders
• Grow the program with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations
• Collaborate across projects to proactively solve problems across delivery
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads
• Manage contracts and finances with the finance team and coordinate modifications
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service
• Apply Nava policies at the program level
