Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in production environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate regulatory workflows into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Compliance leadership to surface high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Prototype quickly on Coinbase's AI platform and assess new builds.
• Own the Compliance automation roadmap with leadership input.
• Define build-vs-buy strategy for Compliance tooling.
• Ensure automated outputs are auditable and regulator-ready with human oversight.
• Drive tool adoption through demos and feedback loops.
