• Own the Compliance automation roadmap with leadership, translating workflows into engineering needs.
• Define build-vs-buy strategy for Compliance tooling and governance.
• Ensure all automated outputs are auditable and defensible to regulators.
• Drive adoption through demonstrations and feedback loops.
