United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of our SaaS solutions for strategic enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and internal teams to define plans, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring rapid value realization.

• Strong ability to tailor implementations to customer needs and drive value.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a remote-first setting with travel <10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the company’s SaaS solution for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with enterprise customers.
