Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to own deployments for large-scale customers and drive quick time-to-value. You will manage projects, run workshops, and guide customers through change and training in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel up to 30% to customer sites, collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and thrive in a hyper-growth setting while building trusted relationships with executives and day-to-day users.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role; Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• 2+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders.
• Passion for going above and beyond in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the company advisor, deploying the technology to large-scale customers and achieving quick value.
• Own project management including project plans, RAID logs and governance meetings.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process.
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate the company’s technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users across use cases.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
