Ashby is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers. You will translate complex requirements into actionable implementation plans and guide clients from kickoff to value realization.

This remote-first role collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure adoption, manage risks, and implement scalable best practices across client journeys, with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to travel <10% and work effectively in a remote-first setting.
• Strong customer-centric approach with change management experience.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for enterprise segments.
• Ensure positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Advise on best practices and optimize customer success processes.
