Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC, a remote-first startup, is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our go-to-market team and drive rapid onboarding of customers to maximize ROI using our Accelerator program.

As the founding Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region, you will shape onboarding at scale and collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to deliver value early and often.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST).
• 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or fast-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement through all implementation phases.
• Create a goals-and-activities plan and review progress during onboarding.
• Cultivate customer champions and expand company knowledge.
• Advocate for the customer with Engineering, Product, Design, Enablement and Sales teams.
• Identify risks, plan decisive actions, and track adoption/value over time.
